ARE PEOPLE IN TEXAS RUNNING OUT OF THINGS TO DO? I like the Lone Star State; always have. In fact, I wish I was down in Austin right now eating barbecue or marveling at the feral suburban deer.

But I'm starting to wonder about Texans' mental health (notwithstanding my longtime affection for novelist Larry McMurtry).
