For me, buying used cars don't depend on the salesman, it depends on the car itself. I love to research a lot regarding that used car I'm planning to buy.

I agree, I think if the car is the right car, I couldn't care less who the salesman is or what he looks like. Where's the best place to get used cars?

Given the chance, I'd ignore what this man has to say and just be on my way towards the next car lot. I'd also do my research so that I wouldn't be fooled at all especially regarding the price.

I think it is just really important to do your research before looking at used cars. Figure out what you want, and look at prices and statistics to see what makes sense for you and your situation. I just went through this process and it worked well for me!
