WANT AN $85K STATE JOB IN THE FOURTH REICH? Well, here's how you get it:

1) Have rich daddy give beaucoup bucks to Generalissimo Scottie;

2) Flunk out of college (why does that sound familiar?);

3) Have no recognizable job skills;

4) Get a couple of DUI's.

And the thousands of state employees who finished college, didn't run afoul of the law, and don't have rich parents are... "fat cats" ???
